In my actions, I am always guided by my own opinion. I am driven by change and continuous development. It’s like being in the “flow” and feeling like a generator of change yourself. Euromix is a company where you can have an open dialogue with the management, initiate your own proposals and ask uncomfortable questions. I am heard on really important issues. I value independence and the opportunity to realize my own vision in achieving ambitious goals. I develop the same qualities in my subordinates.ORDERLY
The outbreak of the war found me in Donetsk Oblast, where I was in charge of the company’s divisions in Kramatorsk and Sievierodonetsk. I had to evacuate my family to the city of Dnipro. Part of my team also moved to Dnipro, Kyiv and other cities of Ukraine. And Euromix provided an opportunity to find a job. Sometimes people had to start with lower positions, but the main thing was that they had jobs. Today, many of Euromix’s divisions employ people from Kramatorsk and Sievierodonetsk. And they are very grateful to the company for its support and employment opportunities.PLANS FOR THE FUTURE AND DREAMS
On a personal note, I really want to see my family in my de-occupied home town of Melitopol. And I want to resume the company’s operations in Mariupol, Melitopol, Kramatorsk, Donetsk, Luhansk and Sievierodonetsk. To establish a division in Crimea.ARTEM CHKAN

My journey with Euromix began in the summer of 2016, when I was hired as the Head of Sales for the new Kyiv regional office. It was invaluable for me to take part in the project to open a new division of the company.
This path was not easy, but looking back, I realise that it was this concentrated experience that gave me confidence in my abilities and sparked my taste for future victories. Six months later, I was promoted to the position of Commercial Director, and my division is one of the most successful in the company.DEVELOPMENT
One of the most significant periods of my career in the company was when I took part in the Euromix education centre talent development programme. It was difficult to combine work and training, which lasted more than a year. It was very important for me to demonstrate my level of competence when defending my graduation project to the company’s management. This path hardened me as a professional and gave me an understanding of the areas in which I needed to continue my development.DREAMS
Participation in bringing Euromix to the TOP-3 distributors in Ukraine is my main goal for the future. I got to know Euromix by chance, because when I went to the interview, I was 99% sure that this was not my path and I would be offered a job in network marketing, regardless of my speciality. Fortunately, everything turned out differently…ORDERLY
I have been working for the Company since 2013 and have worked my way up from an ordinary legal adviser, to a leading legal adviser, to the Head of the Legal Department. Among the qualities of the Company’s management, integrity has become the most important for me. True integrity means doing the right thing, whether anyone knows it or not. I like working in a young, active team because you can always learn something new and solve problems quickly.PLANS FOR THE FUTURE AND DREAMS

My professional career at Euromix started as a senior accountant. Then I was offered the position of a financial economist, which became an important turning point for me because it allowed me to dive into the intricacies of the processes, revealed to me the true scale of the company, showed me how competent analysis affects decision-making by top management, and gave me a new level of cross-functional interaction.DEVELOPMENT
While working as an economist, I managed to optimise and automate a number of processes related to financial reporting, budgeting, and cost allocation. I had an experienced mentor and colleagues who supported my development. While working with finance, I discovered the field of business analytics, because in today’s realities, the correct setup and construction of business processes has a decisive impact on the speed of decision-making in a company, its efficiency and ability to achieve its goals. I continued to actively look for opportunities for growth and development and took them step by step. Moving to the Business Analysis Department was my initiative, which was supported by the management and met my needs, because everyone is interested in the effective use of professional skills, abilities and abilities of employees.In the role of a business analyst, based on my experience, I collect and analyse data that affects business processes related to the correct accounting of the company’s performance, look for opportunities to potentially improve existing processes, collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders, and track the results of implemented changes. Not everything in my work works out on the first try, but I understand that difficulties are not an obstacle, but only an integral part of professional development.
