On February 7th-9th Module 2 of our Euromix education center had already taken place.
These were three days of fruitful work.
The first day was dedicated to homework defense – our colleagues worked in teams to make changes to the existing business processes of the company by interacting with our top management over 24/7 round-table discussion. The second day was dedicated to Internal technologies of integration of the new TM where Development Director Natalia Lysenko, Marketing Director Vitaliy Maydak, Kropivnitskiy RS Executive Director Denis Retinskiy delivered their speeches.
Oksana Semenova conducted a training “Project management” on the second day of the Module.
The third day saw the training “Staff hiring and adaptation” hosted by Oksana Kushch. Additionally, Executive Director Sergey Grandt shared his experience and practical approaches with participants.
Of course there was some room left for humanitarian activities. We continued leaving our comfort zone this time at a fitness training with an extraordinary coach. We expanded our perspective by visiting Dnipro Theatre of Drama and Comedy for the play “Secrets of eternal youth”.
